Our platform aggregates information from user-provided sources such as forwarded emails or connected inboxes and attempts to identify subscription-related content using automation and artificial intelligence.

2. No Warranty or Guarantee of Accuracy

Sumox uses automated methods to extract and interpret your data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data, categorization, suggestions, or insights provided.

You understand and agree that:

• The information displayed may be incorrect, outdated, or incomplete.
• Subscription costs, dates, or status may be misinterpreted or missing.
• Sumox should not be relied upon as a financial advisor, accountant, or subscription management authority.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and relevance of all information presented.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sumox is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Missed cancellations
• Duplicate charges
• Misidentified subscriptions
• Financial or personal decisions made based on Sumox data

Your use of Sumox is entirely at your own risk.

4. User Data and Privacy

By using Sumox, you authorize us to access and process your email and related data solely for the purpose of identifying and organizing subscription-related content. However:

• We do not guarantee that all relevant content will be captured or categorized.
• You may revoke access at any time by adjusting your email provider's settings.
• We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no digital service is 100% secure or error-free.
